How It Works
How to install the Cloud Softphone App
1. CREATE ACCOUNT
The Real Receptionist Cloud Softphone requires a registered office number. Please chat with one of our consultants to assist you with opening your account and connecting your business number and extensions.
2. DOWNLOAD
You can search for and download “Cloud Softphone” from Google Play or Apple App Store (it is free).
3. SCAN YOUR QR CODE
Once you open the app, you will be prompted to scan the QR code that your Real Receptionist consultant supplied via email.
4. ENTER DETAILS
Enter your account details, password and domain. These will also be supplied via your registration email.
5. CLICK THE TICK
Depending yo your device, you will can confirm your account settings by clicking the tick in the top right of the screen.
6. ALLOW PERMISSION
You will be prompted to give various permissions to the app, including use/access of Microphone, Phone, Contacts, Bluetooth and Full Screen (allow these permissions for optimum operation).
